Terms of use

Last updated: September 2026

1. Scope

These terms of use govern the use of the courier and logistics software KurierCompanyPortal (also provided as KurierCompanyPortal.de), including web interfaces, the driver app (PWA), the customer portal, and any subdomains provided during a trial.

Conflicting terms of the customer apply only if the provider has expressly agreed to them in writing.

2. Provider

The software is provided by the company operating as KurierCompanyPortal.de, represented by managing director Frajo Sustersic, address: In der Herrschaft 28, 41515 Grevenbroich, Deutschland. Contact: phone +49 (0) 2181.44032, email anfrage@fstrans.de. VAT ID: DE 248012402.

Further provider details are set out in the Impressum of this website.

3. Description of services

KurierCompanyPortal is comprehensive courier and logistics software developed by FST Logistik from practical experience in the industry. It combines dispatching, live tracking, and billing on a single platform, together with a smart customer portal, a driver app (PWA), and modern invoicing including consolidated invoices and legally compliant German e-invoices.

The software is provided as a cloud service. On-premise server installation at the customer is not part of the service.

REST API access is not included in the 7-day trial and is available only by separate agreement on a paid plan.

4. Conclusion of contract and application

The presentation of the software on this website is not a binding offer. By submitting the application form, the customer offers to use a trial instance and — after choosing a paid plan — to continue using the software.

Applications are reviewed manually. A contract is formed only when the provider accepts the application and provides access details or the subdomain. The provider may decline applications without stating reasons.

5. Trial period

Each accepted customer first receives a dedicated subdomain for 7 days (for example name.fstkurierlogistik.de) to test the complete system, except services that are expressly excluded such as REST API access.

The trial includes full platform access, unlimited users and drivers, the mobile driver app (PWA), real-time GPS tracking, automated billing and invoicing, and the customer portal.

No credit card is required for the trial. The customer may start using the system immediately after approval and switch to a paid plan only when ready.

After the trial ends, the provider may suspend access or limit functionality unless a paid plan has been agreed. Trial data is not retained indefinitely.

6. Domain and subdomain

During the trial, access is provided via a subdomain under fstkurierlogistik.de. The preferred subdomain name is a request only; availability is not guaranteed.

After a paid plan is agreed, a custom domain for the customer can be set up on request. DNS and TLS configuration require the customer’s cooperation.

7. Paid plans

Prices, scope and billing intervals (monthly or yearly) follow the package selected at contract formation. Prices shown on the website are in euro and remain non-binding until confirmed during application review.

Invoices are issued according to the agreed terms. The customer is in default if payment is not made within the period stated on the invoice.

8. Customer obligations

The customer is responsible for the lawfulness of data processed in the software (including personal data of drivers, customers and consignees) and must ensure it has the necessary rights and consents.

Login credentials must be kept confidential. The customer must inform the provider immediately of any suspected unauthorised use.

The software must not be misused. Attacks on availability, circumvention of security mechanisms, and use for unlawful transport or billing are prohibited.

9. Availability

The provider aims for continuous availability of the cloud software but does not warrant uninterrupted availability. Maintenance windows, force majeure and third-party outages (for example internet providers or data centres) may affect use.

10. Copyright and intellectual property

The software provided by the provider (including documentation, graphics, and user interface) is protected by copyright. The copyright holder within the meaning of the German Copyright Act (UrhG) is KurierCompanyPortal / Frajo Sustersic.

The software is not sold to the user, but merely provided for use within the framework of these terms of use.

11. Granting of usage rights

The provider grants the user a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable right, limited to the term of the contract, to use the software for the user’s own commercial purposes.

Any use beyond this requires the prior written consent of the provider.

Sub-licensing, rental or transfer to third parties beyond intended use (drivers and the customer’s own shippers in the portal) is not permitted.

12. Unlawful actions

The user is prohibited from doing the following:

  • Reproducing, modifying or decompiling the software, unless this is expressly permitted by law under Sections 69d and 69e of the German Copyright Act (UrhG).
  • Renting, leasing, sublicensing or otherwise making the software available to third parties.
  • Removing or altering copyright notices, serial numbers, or other identifying features of the software.

13. Liability

The provider is fully liable for intent and gross negligence, under the German Product Liability Act, and for injury to life, body or health.

In case of slightly negligent breach of material contractual duties, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Any other liability for slight negligence is excluded.

Liability for data loss is limited to the effort that would have been required if the customer had backed up the data properly.

14. Term and termination

The trial ends automatically after 7 days unless a paid plan is agreed.

Paid contracts run for an indefinite period or for the agreed interval and may be terminated with 30 days’ notice to the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise agreed.

The right to terminate for cause remains unaffected. After the contract ends, the provider may deactivate the instance. The customer is responsible for exporting data beforehand.

15. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection law. Where the provider processes personal data on behalf of the customer, the parties will conclude a data processing agreement on request.

16. Changes

The provider may change these terms for the future where required for legal, technical or operational reasons. Material changes will be notified in text form. If the customer does not object within 30 days, the amended terms are deemed accepted.

17. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special public-law fund, the place of jurisdiction is Grevenbroich.

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
